We are excited to introduce Lara Noelle Holloway and Emma Center, from the cast of "CALLED BY NAME" (Sept 21, 22, & 23 at Austin Oaks Church).
Not only does Lara lend her finely-tuned voice to the Ensemble, but she also provides choreography for the show. Check out this short clip:
Lara holds a bachelor's degree in music from Houston Baptist University and she received training at Humphrey's School of Musical Theatre. She is skilled in tap, jazz, swing and lindy hop, and she has provided choreography and dance instruction at Austin High School. Lara has appeared in productions at a variety of well-known venues, including Theatre Under the Stars in Houston and Opera Santa Barbara.
Emma is currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin, where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in acting. She was the dance captain for UT Austin's presentation of "Little Women" and she played Queenie in "The Wild Party." Emma brings warmth to the role of Leah (Mephibosheth's mother) in CALLED BY NAME (CBN), and dances gracefully to the music of CBN composer, Miriam Relyea.
The cast is in final rehearsals tonight for performances this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
